I purchased a used Audi at Apple BMW and was very pleased. I came from out of state and my very helpful salesmen Tyler was kind enough to pick me up at the airport. My first time seeing the car I found it to be as described in the internet ad. The car was freshly cleaned and surprise surprise, it had a full tank of gas. The finance manager was very pleasant and did not pressure or scare me into purchasing anything I didn't want. Even though the paperwork was a little different because I was out of state, everything was wrapped up in a short time and I was on my way home driving my, new to me, Audi S5.

Apple BMW OF York responded quickly to my initial inquiry. They answered all my questions. After test driving a vehicle, they put together a good affordable payment plan for me. I can't say enough about how AWESOME this dealership is!! This is the 2nd time in a year that I've purchased a BMW from Apple (4th time total from this dealership). ANTHONY in sales is the absolute BEST to work with--2nd time working with him. I could go on and on about his amazing customer service, knowledge, great personality, etc. I would never buy a BMW anywhere else or from anyone other than Anthony. Everyone at Apple is wonderful. Service is amazing too!! Shout out to Brian and his service crew too!! Apple BMW has been terrific to work with and you have lifetime clients with our family.

Mixed emotions. Wife and I were happy with the buying experience. Staff was friendly, not pushy. Prompt returning our messages etc. However after a week of owning the vehicle, it began making an odd noise. They were very nice and accommodating about getting vehicle serviced. Turned out it was essentially a traction control setting the vehicle was in that it shouldn’t of been in that we (or the dealership) werent aware of. Wouldve been nice to have been told that. Also when we picked it up from service we noticed a small new dent in driver side door which naturally is driving us nuts. Overall we are satisfied but couldve been better considering price we paid

Online I enquired about a 2021 Mercedes for sale. The Internet department called and said a manager will contact you about your trade. I waited three days no one did. The girl called to ask me if anyone contacted me yet. I let her know they did not, and I would no longer be interested in doing business with them.

I had a wonderful experience buying my certified preowned 2018 BMW M550i with Andrew Prokurat and Jim on September 7, 2019. I look forward to purchase another BMW X7 for my wife down the road. I love my new car and it's freakin fast. I called her my "White Beast" LOL..... If u gonna get a car please avoid this place , me & my girlfriend was looking to get into a car the bank that was gonna loan us the money for the car set the down payment for 4,000 I was there & they had the bank on speaker the people that work in the dealership would put the price higher & not listen 2 the bank we went a day before & the bank said 3,500 was good when we get there the dealership changed it 2 4,000 after that it went up 2 4,500, made us feel like they wanted to pocket some of the money we got approved by the bank twice, by the way the guy that was taking care of me his name is Dana jones
