Antrim Way Honda Dealership in Greencastle, Pennsylvania

We just bought our first Honda CRV so this is the first time my wife and I were ever at Antrim Way Honda. The guys in the service department were very nice and helpful. They did a complete check over of the car and made the repair that needed done and then they did a complimentary car wash on our car. I was impressed. Thanks to all of you for your kindness and service to our vehicle.

This place was a life saver yesterday. Got off the interstate to eat lunch and had major brake noise on my CRV. Very serendipitous that this dealership was in close driving distance. I love my local Friendly Honda dealer at home, but this is the next best thing. They diagnosed the problem and were able to work me in and do the job in a couple of hours. So grateful for them!! It is a three generation business that definitely takes pride in what they do. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. There is a wonderful little cafe inside the dealership so I was able to get lunch while I waited. It all made a very unplanned car repair, miles away from home, in a totally unknown town, painless and MUCH easier than it might have been.

Unfortunately I had totaled my car and was looking for a replacement. Antrim Way Honda had exactly what I was looking for at a good price. They worked with me to allow for time for the check to clear. Ryan and Tammy were very helpful and the whole process was quite painless. The only reason I went with 4 stars was to me kind of a silly thing. I bought a $35k car, but they only had the gas filled up halfway. I understand gas prices are high, but it seemed like an attention to detail that was overlooked and a way to cut corners.

I have been going to Antrim Way Honda since 2008 when I purchased my first Honda. This is my 3rd Honda and John Oliver has made buying my last two Honda’s painless. There was no running back and forth with the finance manager to “make a deal”, I got a fair value for the Honda I trades in and because I went from crank windows to completely electronic, John spent a lot of time with me going over how everything worked. Another great experience at Antrim Way Honda!! Thanks John!

Mr Tom D. in sales had/has been quite accommodating throughout purchasing of a vehicle. Mr Travis in finance understands his customer's attention to detail in numbers and the benefits in getting the numbers accurate. For the other finance representative madam on 26 Aug, I'd be hard pressed to say anything positive, and will take the high road. V/R

Everyone at Antrim Way Honda is top notch. I had dealing with several different people and they were all were helpful and patient as we worked through the process. My salesperson was Jake Gregory and he was the best!

My wife and I would like to thank not only this dealership but our salesperson Ryan for the smooth and seamless transition into our new Truck. We popped over near their closing time to have a look at the price of a ridgeline. Ryan introduced himself and I asked a simple question about the price of the truck. When he said it was the sticker price I had to have it and didn't want to take the chance it would be snatched up the next day before I had a chance to drive back. He worked with us that evening and the next day I was driving our new truck home. My wife and I love Honda, but our dealership in Hagerstown let us down. Thankfully the staff at Antrim Way Honda restored our faith in the Honda brand.
