Very nice dealer on Sales department if you’re looking for a new Honda this is the place, very nice service from the salesman, But the Service Department, very bad experience, I went for a normal service (oil change) something simple, but my sunroof was open, and someone tried to close it without pressing the button as it normally closes, what they did was force the cover inside the car to close it and when they delivered it to me the cover was closed and the sunroof was open and I had to go to Complain why it didn't work normally, they took it back to the workshop and they said that they would fix it there, my question is why did they have to touch the sunroof? It had nothing to do with the oil change, one more thing when they refill the oil it spills around the cap and they don't clean it, leaving it as if it had an oil leak in a new car, also I had to change a tire and they curb rash all my new wheel. This dealer have a really good service on sales but service department is the worst.

I bought the car and have kept receiving maintenance in this dealer. I was satisfied until this time. After the maintenance the engineer didn’t put the 2 caps back to their positions on the pipelines. From the shape of the caps it seems they have to be in the positions for sealing. They made low level mistakes I doubt the qualifications now.

If you're trying to buy in 2022, you know how wild west it is out there — crazy dealer markups, record long wait times for cars, nothing on the lot, etc. A friend recommended Anderson Honda — but we still did an enormous amount of research, calling around, internet inquiries, etc. — and in the end, we should have just listened to him! Anderson Honda had the lowest dealer markup we could find, and George made the buying process easy and low-pressure. We were able to reserve a car with a small deposit. George was an excellent communicator: updated us with the VIN #, status, and gave us a good sense of when to expect it — all with a friendly but no-stress demeanor. The car came in when expected — and the pickup process was also super fast and low-stress: in and out the door in less than 2 hours. High recommend Anderson Honda!

I really have a great experience at Anderson Honda. The staffs are very nice and professional, esp. Mr Joe Tran who directly help me to find a car that fits for me and my budget. He is very honest, straightforward and give the best care and deal for his customers. I’m very lucky to know him and buy a car with him at this time without paying markup . I certainly recommend him to my friends and everyone.

Excellent experience buying a new car at Anderson Honda. I received a price quote via email and that price quote remained accurate throughout the process. While Anderson recommended various additions like paint protection and a GPS anti-theft system, they also removed those charges with little fuss; as Sanjay, the finance manager, said, they work to treat people the way they would want to be treated. My deal was through Les Leonardo and he was helpful throughout the entire process, including taking my calls and answering my questions on his day off! Thank you to Les and the entire Anderson team.
