I let him know when I met him that I knew what I wanted, and I wouldn't change on anything I want in my new car. He responded with "I understand, it's about making you happy". He listened to what I was looking for in my new car and he showed me some that was close to my desired car but not in the price range I wanted to pay. He worked diligently to find a car that was in the price range and the options I wanted down to the color. Well..I had decided on a car that was not the color I wanted, but Juan continued to look for a car in the color I wanted. Before the paperwork was signed, he called me and said "I got a car coming in, in the color you want; but it won't be here for a few days. Do you want to keep the one in the color you don't want, or do you want to get the one in the color you want?" He didn't have to do that. He could have just stopped and sold me the one in the color I didn't want, but he went above and beyond to make sure I was TRULY HAPPY with my purchase. Everyone that I came in contact with made my experience at Allen Honda, the BEST experience I have ever had at any dealership. I had been to other dealerships in the Bryan/College Station area, and they just didn't listen to what I wanted. They wanted to show me what they wanted me to purchase and not what I wanted to purchase. I gave Allen Honda 5 stars because that's all I could give them but if I could, I would give Juan and the rest of the people I came in contact with 100 stars. We love the service we get from Allen Honda. We especially love the customer service provided by Juan. My husband and I each have leased cars from here and Juan helped us with both. So when it came time to return one of those cars and purchase a new one, we drove from CA to College Station specifically to return to Allen Honda and Juan provided amazing service again. Amazing staff, amazing service, amazing pricing, & amazing warranty options.
