I had a WONDERFUL experience at Acura Turnersville from start to finish on my new car. Dawn helped me get my lease all set up so easily even before I got on the lot. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with my many questions. Other dealerships I attempted to work with outside of the Acura brand could not compare in customer service. At the lot, we worked with Len R who was as friendly and knowledgeable as Dawn! He made sure to answer my questions, was incredibly personable, and took the time to be sure we understood our vehicle. Excellent response to the service concern Fixed sunroof perfectly. But, complimentary car wash was not done well. Dirt still on the car. Was not wiped down. Spots all over the car and glass. Appears to be done with an automated stationary wash rack where the rear of the car is not fully cleaned. It was a nice gesture though. Service rep was a very nice gentleman. Ended up having to rewash the car properly.
