Great experience all around. I went to a different Acura dealer to have my brakes checked and they quoted me over $1500 to replace rotors and pads. I went to a local repair shop and their estimate was even higher. I finally called Acura of Laurel and they were able to turn my rotors and replace the brake pads for half the cost of the original dealer quote. This story is exactly the kind of up-selling that deters people from going to a dealer to have repairs done. Acura of Laurel showed me they actually care about their reputation over their bottom line because they understand that honesty keeps customers and generates referrals. They gave me a great loaner car and the pickup process was so fast I couldn't believe it! Great job guys, you have a new customer and referrals.

I love Acura of Laurel. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to purchase a car or get service on my car! The entire team is awesome. I had a maintenance oil change at Acura of Laurel, and I'm so glad I found them! The staff was very friendly and professional, and made the process easy. The waiting room was cozy with coffee and cubical to work in, which made it easy to relax while I waited for my car to be serviced. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for service on their cars—they're fast, efficient, and friendly!

This is the best service department I have been to in the Washington, DC area. I only had a tire repaired this time, but these guys have taken care of my car for years. I have had other cars serviced by VERY good companies in the past, but this dealership is exceptional. Their service professionals are equipped with the knowledge base, and patience, needed to clearly explain a problem and how they plan to fix it.

Acura of Laurel Service Manager Jeremy is the best, I having trouble with my car this morning so I decided to give him a call on had his cell, I had his number from a previous issue he helped me with. He called me right back and spent several minutes talking to me trying to help as he is driving into work. I don't normally write reviews but I'm thinking this level of customer service does not exit anymore. So thank you again Jeremy and Mr. King the service professional for being so kind and helpful to me today.

The service here is excellent! Dropped my car off the night before for a 7am appointment. By 7:45 I had a text explaining my service plan and what would be covered vs not covered and asking if that was okay. By 9:15 they texted to let me know the car was ready to be picked up. When I got there it had been serviced and freshly washed. I paid and was out of there in 5 minutes!

The service here is amazing. This is the only Acura dealership in the DMV that I can honestly recommend from 5+ years of experience working with them. Pablo has always taken care of me and makes the drop off/pickup process seamless and easy.
