After spending $20,000 on a Acura I came back to ask them if they could look at a fuse to see if it was blown. I had removed it myself and walked in to ask so I could purchase a new one there since it’s a dealer only fuse. The guy behind the counter threw the fuse on the counter and said he would set me up with an appointment at $125 an hour.. I told him I just wanted to see if the fuse was bad and he said that’s all he could do for me. Last time I even look that way horrible service very rude employees I will never shop at Acura of Erie again. I would rather buy from the shady dealers in the area at least you know walking in that your getting poor service

Disappointed with the service provided from this location. I have always had Acura vehicles because of there only being one Acura dealer in Erie I have been considering my next vehicle purchase of a different make to avoid any interaction with this company.

The Kelley Blue Book buying program is a complete waste of time. I filled out application on line and it said i should receive $3100 at dealership... they offered me $1300. They said I had some dings (11 year old car, really?1)... I sold it on Craigslist less that 5 hours after that waste of time for $3300.
