By far this is the best dealership I’ve ever dealt with in my experience purchasing a car. Alex, the sales rep that helped me finance. My new vehicle was just amazing. Great to deal with answered all the questions we had. Thank you Acura I love my new car.

If it were possible to give 10 stars, I would.  The Acura of Brooklyn is the best place to buy a car.  Here I met super professionals in their field and not least very good people.  They greeted me with a smile on their face and helped me with a very important choice.  Prompted and found me the car of my dreams.  What I liked the most about them is that they don’t shove some kind of car into people, but select the best option according to the requirements and wishes of the client.  Elen Song is very good sales person.  One can feel the kindness of her soul, with a smile on her beautiful face.  Very quickly I was able to find the car of my dreams according to my requirements. She helped me with the issue of insurance, found me the most suitable and profitable option. Sales manager Ewa Wojcicki was very helpful and easy to work with. Buying process was extremely quick and smooth with Alex. He was very patient and respectful. It was my first car purchase and he walked me through the whole process seamlessly. Definitely recommend!

It was time for me trade in my lease. I can honestly say that it was great experience. The team is incredible. Ellen is awesome salesperson. She kept me informed throughout the process and was such a joy to deal with. Dave is also great a sales manager. I am looking forward to my trade in the next couple of years. I leased an Acura from Paragon Acura. I had an amazing experience there and would recommend them over the Brooklyn location. Everything from the beginning of my appointment at Brooklyn was horrible. The sales person I requested for an appointment with turned out to not be even scheduled to work. I met with another sales person that had no internet on his computer and consistently kept walking away. When asking him about the ILX and TLX he was unsure of the specs. We had a price difference in 30$, I then walked out and he called me within 10 mins wanting to make a deal with me. Which I then chose not to do. During the next few weeks I was contacted multiple times by the staff at Acura of Brooklyn. One manager proceeded to tell me that I was taking food out of her mouth and put a gun to her head when telling her my monthly price payment ($3k down and 420$ a month). At Paragon Acura I leased a 2022 ILX Aspec package for the price I wanted with no issues. I worker with Kelvin Miller and would recommend him to others!

I actually went to Hyundai. But its all part of Plaza Auto Mall. They know what they are doing. Treat everyone like family. Do not do unnecessary repair work. Stay in touch with you. Will always call you and ask if you want something done that you were not aware of. You always know the price. You are not surprised when you pick up your car.

I give this place 3.5 out of 5 stars. June 2022 I saw a car that I wanted to purchase on their website at a good price point . I called and the car was in stock. I went to visit the dealership and at first no one came over to help us. A nice sales woman by the name of Daisy helped us find the car I saw online. Daisy also showed is different models. Service was okay (Staff was nice)minus a few hiccups . In the end I purchased the car that I came in for. I would recommend this place but make an appointment if possible and do your research beforehand.
